GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS AND RETURN POLICY

1. SHIPPING METHOD:
• We ship internationally to destinations served by POS Malaysia (national postal services of Malaysia). Shipping may be by international air mail/parcel (registered post) or ‘pos laju’ (EMS) or courier service determined by seller. See also details in the description of your item. We do not ship to postboxes.
• Items are sent as document items in sealed poly or rigid envelopes, mailers or in a package. For gift packing, please contact us.
• We ship items once or twice a week only, usually within 3 working days. Delivery may take about 7 to 35 days depending on destination (check delivery time from Pos Malaysia Online).
• Buyer will be issued a postal tracking number for items sent by registered and EMS post.
• Seller is not responsible for items lost by post. Buyer has to bear the cost and postage charges, including fines by postal services.
2. OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DESTINATIONS
• We ship mainly to Malaysia and Singapore. Other international buyers may contact us to get postage costs, before buying.
• For shipping options such as EMS or Pos laju, etc. please contact us.
• It is recommended that buyers outside Malaysia select postage bu EMS through POS Malaysia.
3. POSTAGE/SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
• Buyer pays for shipping/postage cost and handling charges according to destination country. Any tax or charges at receiving destination is to be paid by buyer.
• Item will be shipped to buyer’s eBay shipping address only. Buyer must have a verified eBay account with address.
• Buyer pays all additional postage charge if postal address in buyer's account is incorrect and the seller is not informed.
• For combined purchase, see description of item, or our frontpage, if any.
4. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:
• Shipping discounts are only given for selected items and will be specified in the description. Please read details described or our store pages and links.
5. PAYMENT TERMS:
• Shipping will be initiated after payment is received. Method of payment accepted is by PayPal or bank deposit payment. Please read details in description carefully.
• Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made within this period, the seller will consider purchase as canceled.
• For payment by bank deposit, buyer MUST pay commission charged by the bank.

• Full payment for item and shipping must be made before item is sent.
6. RETURNED ITEMS:
• For new Items: We only ship items that are in good and new condition. If Items is severely damaged during shipping, buyer must file an official complain to POS Malaysia and show evidence.  To return a damaged item, buyer must contact seller and send the item back and bear all return shipping costs. To return any warranted item, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery, otherwise item is deemed accepted. For sealed items, once plastic wrapping is opened, item is deemed accepted as received. When item is returned and accepted, the buyer will get full refund for the price of the item through PayPal.
• Electronic products/ USB drives/gadgets: All USB gadgets/ devices do not come with warranty from sell, unless specified in item description. Products are non-returnable as we always ship products in excellent condition and cannot accertain misuse of such items.
• For used, old or second-hand items: All used item sold are in usable or good condition. Some of our items sold as used items may be new items but may have been kept unused for quite some time. Please read description of items. Once the item is paid, it is considered sold. No item is returnable.
7. Item returned to us due to wrong address from Buyer
• If the item is sent back to us due to Buyer having a wrong or incomplete address in their record on eBay, Buyer must pay for DOUBLE the postage charges (as listed) for the item to be sent back. No refund is given if buyer chooses not to have the item re-sent.
8. Holidays
• Please note that this store is actually closed on Friday and Saturday and on public holidays in Malaysia. However, we will try to respond to you all week, including holidays. We ship items at least twice a week
9. Feedback
• A positive feed back is appreciated when you receive your item. We in turn gives positive feedback to our good customers.
