| A:Payment must be by PayPal (in SGD or currency stated)or by Bank Deposit (in Ringgit only) unless otherwise stated in the item description. Buyer must pay before we ship. |

| A:Buyers pay according to currency stated in the item listing. Preferred payment is PayPal and payment must be in USD or SGD as stated in item description. For Buyers in Malaysia, Bank deposit payment, in ringgit, may be accepted if stated in the item. Buyer MUST pay all bank commission charges, especially if payment is through cheque. |

| A:Any item purchased will be sent to the address listed as the buyer's eBay postal address. We do NOT ship to post boxes. Destinations we can ship to varies according to items. |

| A:We ship by Pos Malaysia (National Postal Services of Malaysia), usually by registered post. Postal or shipping charges are specified with the item. Buyer according to destination. Details of postage and country we can ship are stated in the description of the item. We may ship by EMS through Pos Malaysia, upon request. |

| A:Destinations shipped to are specified for each item, so read them carefully. Most items can be shipped or posted to Malaysia and Singapore. For some items, we ship to destination serviced by Pos Malaysia and reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations. For any destination outside Malaysia, please contact us before buying. |

| A:The time taken for you to receive an item depends on destination and shipping method. Please check time-frame at Pos Malaysia website. |

| A:You pay for the price of the item plus shipping charges to your postal address as specified for the item. |

| Q:How do I pay by Bank Deposit Payment? |

| A:Buyers will be notified of the Bank Account to pay after purchase of the item. Click 'PAY NOW to get details of account number or pay by PayPal. Buyer must pay in Ringgit within 3 day of notification. |

| Q:Are shipping discounts given for combined shipping? |

| A:Shipping discounts are given for purchase of 2 or more items, or if specified in the description only. Please read our store page on Shipping Discounts. |

| Q:How long do you take to reply messages? |

| A:We normally reply within 1-2days. Please note that the store is normally closed on all public holidays in Malaysia and on Friday and Saturdays. However, we respond to messages sent and will post items to you even on our holidays. Notice of long period of our holidays (>3day) will be posted at our store pages. |

| Q:What happens if I give a wrong postal address? |

| A:If the item is sent back to us, buyer MUST PAY DOUBLE the postage charges for the item. PLEASE CHECK YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS BEFORE PURCHASE. No refund is given if the buyer chooses not to have the item resent. |
