Q. What payment do you accept ?
A. Currently we accept online banking,
bank-in, bank transfer, ATM transfer And Cash Deposit Machine to our Maybank,
Public Bank and CIMB Bank account only. Besides that, we also accepted
cheque payment.
Q. Other than that, what payment method do you accept
?
A. We will accept Paypal and credit
card payment in near future.
Q. Do you have shop for me to view or walk-in to purchase
your product ?
A. No, we are 100% online based
company. This is the reason we can offer much much lower than market price
since we do not have to pay high rental or sales-man or sales-girl salary.
Q. What should i do if my products fall faulty within
warranty period since you do not have shop ?
A. We do not have shop doesn't
mean that we do not have service center, Yes we do have service center
at Kuala Lumpur and address will be printed on the warranty card.
Q. If i from outstation and how do i claim warranty ?
A. You can direct send back to
us by post and buyer request to pay 2 ways of shipping charge. We have
set up a special e-mail address here
to serve our customer who wish to seek for help when their item fall faulty.
Q. Why i should trust or believe you since the product
amount involved is quite large
A. We are registered company, all
transaction is protected by Malaysia business law. The most important is
feedback system under auction web site, The feedback were leaved by all
our previous customers who bought online from us, that was the comment
they given to us and help us to improve or gain our trust. You can check
our feedback comment here.
Please note that 5 or 10 feedback or the seller doesn't mean they are trustworthy,
they may create multiple account and leave the feedback among the account.
Apart from that, Wireless Zone has

Q. How you make sure the item do
not damage during delivery ?
A. So
far, we have sent out thousand units mobile phones without any problem.
