Q: What is your return policy?

A: If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. For more information, please visit our store policy page for more information of our return policy.

Q: Do you combine shipping? Are the items brand new?

A: Yes, Shipping discount will be given for bulk purchase order. All orders are shipped in bubble pack mailers or new boxes.

We assure you that the products are all brand new, original and sealed with packaging.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We ship these products directly from US by USPS, UPS or FEDEX

For US customers, the shipping will normally take about 3 to 6 working days.

for international customer the shipping will normally take about 7 to 14 working days depends on location you are reside in.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? Why shipping cost so high since you are based in Singapore ?

A: For the vast majority of product types, WE calculates shipping cost based on published USPS rate,  ... be sure to specify DROP OFF, RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY for calculation purposes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We will ship to most of the countries worldwide, however, we will not ship to certain countries, please contact us before placing bids.

Q: What payment method do you accept? 

A: We prefer PayPal, however, you can also pay by wire/bank transfer. The items will be ship to your mailing address upon receive of full payment; please indicate your intention during checkout.

We accept Cheque and Cash payment for local addresses only.

For Local addresses, if you would like to pay by cash, we will arrange to deliver the item by hand at your convenient time and place. Please note that additional S$10.00 delivery cost will be charged on top of the item/s and shipping costs for this payment method.
